Warranties and Repairs

We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects on SIC69 custom-made jewellery.

Every piece is made to order and goes through a quality control process before dispatch. If an issue arises due to craftsmanship or manufacture, please contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will assess the piece and advise on the next steps.

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper care, third-party repairs, alterations, resizing carried out elsewhere, or damage caused after delivery.

Repairs, polishing, professional cleaning, clasp adjustments, stone resetting, resizing and other aftercare services may be available on request. Some services may be chargeable depending on the work required.

Natural stones and precious metals can vary slightly in tone, texture and appearance. These natural variations are part of the character of the materials and are not considered faults.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
