These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through SIC69 Jewellery, operated by 69 London Ltd.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Bespoke and Made-to-Order Jewellery

SIC69 Jewellery creates bespoke, custom-made jewellery through the SIC69 numeric cipher. Because each piece is made to order and may be personalised through customer-selected words, numbers, metals, stones, sizing or other details, all custom-made orders are final once confirmed.

Custom-made and personalised pieces are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for checking all selected details, including wording, cipher output, size, material, stone selection, chain length and any other customisation. By confirming your order, you agree that the piece will be made according to the details submitted.

Production Times

Typical production time is 1–2 weeks, depending on the product, material availability and complexity of the order.

Any stated lead time is an estimate. If a delay occurs due to material sourcing, workshop scheduling or another unforeseen issue, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at checkout before production begins. Payments are processed securely through the payment methods shown at checkout.

SIC69 Jewellery reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship using reputable carriers. Shipping costs, delivery estimates and any available shipping options will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery details provided are correct. SIC69 Jewellery is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes or fees applied by the destination country.

Risk of Loss

All pieces are carefully packaged before dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the relevant carrier process.

Warranty and Aftercare

SIC69 Jewellery stands by the quality of its craftsmanship. Custom-made jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, third-party repairs, alterations, improper care or damage caused after delivery.

Repairs, polishing, cleaning, resizing, stone replacement and other aftercare services may be available and may be chargeable depending on the work required.

Cleaning and Repairs

We may offer jewellery cleaning, polishing or repair services on request.

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items to us and for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Any fees will be confirmed before work begins.

Materials and Natural Stones

SIC69 Jewellery uses precious metals and natural stones where stated. Natural stones may vary slightly in tone, inclusions and appearance. These variations are part of the character of natural materials and are not considered faults.

Intellectual Property

All designs, text, imagery, brand assets, cipher presentation, website content and related materials remain the intellectual property of 69 London Ltd / SIC69 Jewellery unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction or copying of our content, designs or brand materials is not permitted.

Customer-Submitted Text

Customers are responsible for the words, phrases or messages they submit for use in the SIC69 cipher. SIC69 Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order containing offensive, unlawful, abusive or inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

SIC69 Jewellery is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from customer-approved choices, including wording, sizing, materials, stone selection, finish or other confirmed customisation details.

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these terms, our website or our products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect once posted.
