Two people, two pieces of jewellery, one union. Each piece carries the number 47, drawn from their names put through the SIC69 cipher.
The intention was simple: to create something personal, coded, and discreet, a private gift rather than an obvious inscription.
When they received the pieces, they realised 47 was also their wedding date: 4th July.
Coincidence or not, the meaning does not need to be agreed on for the impact to be real.
